For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology (FIRST)
Combining the excitement of sport with the rigors of science and technology, teams of high school students design, program, and build industrial-sized robots to play an action-packed game. They compete on a themed field as part of a three-team alliance. Teams also create a team identity, raise funds, and advance appreciation for STEM in their community.
