About the Program

The Hult Future Leaders Challenge (HFLC) is an 11-week global competition for high school students organized by Hult International Business School. Teams of students collaborate to solve a real business brief set by a major corporate partner — the 2026 challenge is set by LEGO.

Program structure:

  • Weeks 1-4: All teams build and submit an initial proposal responding to the brief, supported by online interactive masterclasses and Virtual Skills Lab sessions led by Hult professors
  • Week 5: Submissions are reviewed and top teams are selected to advance
  • Weeks 6-7: Selected teams develop their ideas further and prepare for the Live Regional Presentations
  • Week 8: Teams are evaluated following the regional stage
  • Weeks 9-11: The top 10 teams advance to the Live Global Finals

The challenge develops skills in client consulting, strategic problem-solving, teamwork, and communication. The competition launches each September and is open to high school students from any country worldwide.
