Moonshot Mindset is a free, 5-month virtual mentorship program for young innovators and impact founders aged 15-24, run by Moonshot Pirates -- a global movement of changemakers spanning 150+ countries with 500+ mentors. The program is structured into 3 stages (Grow, Rise, Unleash) and 10 sessions, with small mentor groups of 4 participants and 1 dedicated mentor. Participants learn to eliminate limiting beliefs, master 10X moonshot thinking, build habits for sustained growth, and gain accountability as they work toward bold personal and professional goals. As of April 2026, applications are closed but a new round is on its way; interested participants can join the waitlist on the program website to be notified when applications reopen.

Eligibility
Participants are expected to prepare for each session (approx. 1 hour of prep work), be present with cameras on and mic ready, and actively engage. They should take initiative and own their journey. Participants must provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration and behave respectfully towards all fellow participants, mentors, staff, and third parties. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or any form of abusive or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited. Participants must be between 15 and 24 years old. If under 18, parental or legal guardian consent is required.
