Hi, I’m Hania Ijaz! I’m a Stanford student, athlete, and changemaker passionate about empowering women in STEM. As the founder of Girls Who Build, I aim to inspire young girls to see engineering and science as exciting, creative fields where they belong. Sports and powerlifting have taught me resilience, teamwork, and leadership, lessons that I now carry into STEM and beyond.
