Boston Leadership Institute’s Applied Physics & Engineering programme covers laws of motion, aerodynamics and aerospace through model aircraft, rockets and gliders. The current programme page announces June 21–July 9, 2027 at Babson College in Greater Wellesley. It explicitly includes high school students preparing to take physics as well as those who have completed it.
2027 applications, checked November 4, 2026: The application page says Summer 2027 applications are being accepted. The FAQ describes competitive three-week admissions, weekly rolling review and no formal application deadline. Accepted students later provide an unofficial transcript/report card. A US$500 deposit secures a three-week seat. Tuition is due May 15, 2027; for later registrations, two weeks after deposit and no later than programme start. Residential balance is due June 1, 2027. These are payment obligations, not application closing dates; no exact opening day was verified.
Current tuition is US$2,500 for three weeks. Optional residence is US$699 weekly, or US$2,097 for three weeks, including housing, meals and supervision; the combined base cost is US$4,597 before travel and extras. Day attendance is also available. Limited need-based tuition aid excludes residential costs and international students. The separate GI Partners scholarship lists other research subjects and does not establish full funding for Applied Physics & Engineering.
Canobie Lake Park and the New England Air Museum are examples of past trips, explicitly not guaranteed for the new cycle. The earlier June 29–July 17, 2026 catalog dates were not reverified from current official evidence and remain qualified historical information, without a confirmed past attendance calendar.
