FAI Young Artists Contest

About the Program

The FAI Young Artists Contest runs through national contests before international judging. The 2027 theme is “My 1st International Day of Air Sports.” The dated FAI announcement and official rules, checked November 4, 2026, confirm that national member organizations submit digital images of their selected winners by April 1, 2027. Individual entrants must meet their national contest’s separate deadline.

The announcement was published August 19, 2026; the October 14 International Day of Air Sports inspired the theme and is not a stated application opening date. No uniform national deadline, entry charge or exact international results date was verified. The former catalog’s October opening, typical January national cutoff, free-entry and late-May results claims are unconfirmed. Dates for a later cycle are not yet verified.
