About the Program

Girls Who Code Pathways is a free, year-round virtual program for girls and non-binary high school students (grades 9–12) who want to build coding skills and explore tech careers. Students choose one of five specialization tracks and complete self-paced projects over 6–7 weeks:

  • Game Design — build interactive games using coding fundamentals
  • Data Science — analyze real-world datasets and visualize insights
  • Artificial Intelligence — explore machine learning concepts and ethical AI
  • Cybersecurity — learn how to protect systems and data from threats
  • Web Development — design and build websites from scratch

Participants join a virtual community on Discord, and can attend optional corporate partner events, career panels, and workshops led by tech industry professionals. Optional in-person Industry Immersion Days are offered in select cities. The program is free and open to students worldwide.
