Harvard Model United Nations Australia is an international relations simulation for high school students. Delegates gain insight into the workings of the United Nations and the dynamics of international relations by assuming the roles of world leaders and international decision-makers. It offers an exciting opportunity for young leaders to debate pressing issues and draft innovative solutions, developing skills in public speaking, negotiation, teamwork, leadership, and policy crafting. HMUN Australia builds upon seventy years of experience and partners with Crimson Education to bring HMUN’s legacy of substantive excellence, tradition and innovation, and size and diversity to the Australian Model UN circuit.
Checked November 3, 2026: the official homepage and its 2027 expression-of-interest form announce May 21–23, 2027 in Sydney. The homepage still includes the previous 2026 welcome letter, and the application page remains specific to 2026. Historical 2026 details are retained separately; no 2027 registration deadline or fee has been inferred.
The linked 2026 terms, page 2 distinguish individual/small-group fees from rates for four or more delegates and require an additional AUD$300 delegation fee and AUD$300 per faculty advisor. The historical structured fee descriptions preserve those conditions.
