The Patricia Grodd Poetry Prize is a free annual contest for high school sophomores and juniors. Entrants submit one unpublished poem through Submittable without simultaneous submission elsewhere. Accepted files include PDF, Word, RTF and plain text.

The winner and runners-up receive publication in The Kenyon Review, and the winner receives a full scholarship to a Kenyon Review Young Writers workshop. The main page limits the scholarship to an online or winter workshop only for a winner who previously attended a Summer Residential workshop.
