Leadership in the Business World (LBW) is a selective three-week residential summer program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania for rising high school seniors. Approximately 120 students are admitted per session. Participants build a foundation in business fundamentals and organizational strategy through team-based projects, simulations, debates, and case competitions, working alongside Wharton faculty and industry leaders. The program includes supervised weekend excursions and activities in Philadelphia. Upon completion, students receive a Wharton Global Youth Program certificate and digital badge credential. International applicants are welcome, and eligible students may apply for need-based scholarships.

About the Program
Eligibility
Open to high school students currently enrolled in grade 11 worldwide. Minimum 3.5 unweighted GPA required. Demonstrated leadership experience expected. International applicants welcome.
