About the Program

The YIS Global Stock Pitch Competition is an annual competition run by the Young Investors Society for high school students worldwide. Participants (individually or in pairs) select a publicly traded company, conduct financial analysis, and submit a written stock pitch report with a Buy or Sell recommendation, a PowerPoint presentation, and a YouTube video of their pitch.

The top 100 teams from all events are invited to the Global Youth Investment Summit in New York City — a 2-day in-person event with workshops, expert speakers, and live competition rounds. Students must arrange their own travel and accommodation. From the Summit, the top 24 advance to semifinals and the final 5 compete for the championship.

Registration fee is $25 per person for US events; international students register for the International OPEN event. Registration closes in February each year.
