About the Scholarship

Richmond Scholars is the University of Richmond's most prestigious merit programme, covering full tuition plus food and housing for eight semesters and opening access to enrichment grants.

The university states clearly that international students and non-US permanent residents receive full consideration for its merit scholarships, with only Army ROTC awards excluded. That makes this a genuine option for international applicants.

There is no separate application. Submitting the admission application by 1 December is enough; finalists hear by 1 February, interview over video, and final selections are made by 1 March.
