The International Rocket Award pays $8,000 a year to new international first-year and transfer students at the University of Toledo who arrive with a cumulative grade average of 3.0 or better.
No test score is required and there is no separate application; the award follows automatically from the university application. It renews provided the university's grade and credit hour requirements are met.
Students from Toledo's sister cities are handled differently and qualify for in-state tuition instead.
Country eligibility is subject to the provider's published requirements, checked on 12 September 2026.
