1. Refund Policy
As a rule, Borderless Global Inc. does not provide refunds for any subscription services once the payment is made.
2. Cancellation Policy
Customers have the liberty to cancel their subscriptions at any point in time. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for the upcoming billing cycle. However, no refund shall be provided for the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for remaining days/weeks/months of your subscription in the billing cycle.
3. Exceptions
Though we maintain a strict no-refund policy, exceptions might be made under the following circumstances:
Technical issues: If the service is unusable due to technical problems from our side, and these are not rectified within a reasonable time period.
Unauthorized or fraudulent use: If we receive notification of an unauthorized or fraudulent transaction within 72 hours of its occurrence.
Non-delivery of service: If the service is not delivered due to some unforeseen circumstances or interruptions from our side, not under customer's control.
Major service discrepancies: If there are major discrepancies between the service provided and the description provided on our platform.
Service cancellation: If the service is discontinued permanently without prior notice.
In the above cases, the decision for the refund will be taken on a case-by-case basis and the amount refunded will be solely at the discretion of Borderless Global Inc.
4. Changes to the Refund Policy
Borderless Global Inc. reserves the right to alter this Refund Policy at any given time. Any changes made will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review any changes in the Refund Policy.
