About the Program

The Harvard High School Pitch Competition is an annual free entrepreneurship competition organized by the Harvard Undergraduate Venture Capital Group (UVCG). High school students and rising college freshmen worldwide pitch startup or business concepts by submitting a 3-5 page business plan and a 2-minute video covering product concept, market opportunity, competitive advantage, and execution strategy. The top 10 finalists are invited to present live on Zoom in a 10-minute pitch with Q&A before a panel of Harvard students and venture capital professionals. The competition awards $1,000 in total prize money. International participants are welcome.

Eligibility

Open to current high school students and rising college freshmen worldwide. Teams of up to two students allowed; team members may be from different schools.

How to Apply

Submit a 3-5 page business plan and a 2-minute video pitch covering product concept, market opportunity, competitive advantage, and execution strategy. Top 10 finalists present live for 10 minutes with Q&A on Zoom.
