About the Scholarship

Beloit College considers every transfer applicant for $34,000 to $48,000 a year, set by the college grade average they bring.

One figure needs care. The college caps international merit awards at $45,000 a year on its international page, while the top transfer band reaches $48,000. An international transfer with a 3.5 average may therefore be capped below the published band, so treat $45,000 as the working ceiling and ask the college directly.

Beloit is need-aware and states it offers no full-ride scholarships.

What It Covers

  • Tuition

$43,000 to $48,000 at a college grade average of 3.5 to 4.0, $38,000 to $42,000 from 3.0 to 3.49, and $34,000 to $37,000 below 3.0. Note the top band partly exceeds the $45,000 cap the college states for international merit awards, so the upper figures may not be reachable by an international transfer. The college is need-aware, stating an applicant's demonstrated financial need is reviewed as part of the admission evaluation. It says it offers no full-ride scholarships. The average international scholarship is $35,000 a year. International applicants must file a declaration or certification of finances even if not applying for aid. Renewal needs satisfactory academic progress and no warning or probationary status.
