The Sister Cities International Student Scholarship is a one-time $1,000 award for students already at East Tennessee State University in F-1 status.
Because it requires a completed semester, it is not something to apply for before arriving. Undergraduates need a 3.0 grade average and graduate students 3.5, with full-time enrolment throughout.
Applications go through the university's online forms portal by 31 March.
