The Presidential Fellows Program is Miami University's full ride: tuition, fees, housing and food for four years, plus a $5,000 enrichment fund you apply to use for research, travel or other academic projects. Fifteen students a year are selected.
It is listed among the scholarships Miami publishes for international students, and the package explicitly covers the non-resident surcharge. Every Fellow joins the Honors College and lives in the Honors Residential College.
The process is heavy by Miami's standards. Flag your interest on the admission application, submit everything, including self-reported ACT or SAT scores (a new requirement for autumn 2027 entry), by a firm 1 December deadline, complete an extra step as a semi-finalist, then interview on campus in February. Spring entrants cannot apply, and keeping the award needs a 3.50 cumulative average.
