About the Scholarship

The Wilkins Scholarship adds $5,000 a year to a Sewanee EQB Award, so a student at the top of the EQB band can reach $39,000 a year from academic scholarships alone.

It comes out of the same review as every other Sewanee academic scholarship. Submit the Common Application with all required admission documents and you are considered, with no separate form, and international applicants are part of that review.

The award renews while you maintain satisfactory academic progress. Because it rides on the EQB Award, it is worth thinking of the two together when you compare Sewanee against other offers.

What It Covers

Tuition

$5,000 a year added to the recipient's EQB Award, renewable while satisfactory academic progress is maintained. It is a top-up to an existing scholarship rather than a standalone package.

Eligibility

Awarded on academic merit to entering students who also hold an EQB Award. All applicants are considered, international applicants included, and renewal requires satisfactory academic progress.

Eligible Countries

Sewanee states that all applicants are considered for merit scholarships, including international applicants, with no separate application.
