Türkiye Scholarships (Türkiye Bursları) is the Turkish government's scholarship programme for international students at the associate, bachelor's, master's, doctoral, and research levels.
The programme places selected scholars into a university and department and provides tuition, a monthly stipend, dormitory accommodation, health insurance, a return flight ticket, and a Turkish language and adaptation year before academic study begins.
Applications are submitted free of charge through the official online portal during an annual window, which in 2026 ran from 10 January to 20 February. Selection is competitive and emphasises academic achievement.
Country eligibility is subject to the provider's published requirements, checked on 12 September 2026.
