The University of North Florida's International Student Admissions Scholarship waives up to $12,000 a year of out-of-state tuition, and unlike the university's merit waivers it is reserved for international students: F-1 and J-1 holders only.
It asks for a personal statement and a letter of recommendation, and the university calls the process highly competitive with limited awards. Only newly admitted students can apply.
The waiver touches out-of-state tuition alone, not in-state tuition, insurance or housing. Confirm the deadlines with the international centre: the dates published nearby sit under a heading that does not name this award.
Country eligibility is subject to the provider's published requirements, checked on 12 September.
