About the Scholarship

Central Washington University automatically considers every admitted international student for a merit award, with the tier set by incoming grade average: $6,979 a year at 2.7, $9,294 at 3.0, and $12,380 at 3.7.

There is no application. Recipients hear within two or three weeks of admission and confirm through an online form, and the award is re-assessed each year against the spring term average.

Exchange students, government-sponsored students, English language programme participants and anyone already on a resident tuition rate are excluded.
