About the Scholarship

Duquesne University's Libermann Scholarship pays international undergraduates $10,000 to $30,000 a year, and the university states plainly that accepted international students qualify for it.

There is no application and no published threshold: a committee sets the amount from the whole application. Note the university's hedge, that recipients usually get an amount in that band, which makes the top of it indicative rather than a target.

It renews across four years. Duquesne also states on the same page that full scholarships and financial aid are not available to international students, so this is the ceiling of what is reachable there.

What It Covers

  • Tuition

The university says recipients usually get between $10,000 and $30,000 an academic year, so treat the band as indicative rather than guaranteed. Renewable for four years or eight semesters. The same page states that full scholarships and financial aid are not available to international students.

Eligibility

Acceptance to the university as an undergraduate. The award is merit-based on academic performance, with the amount set by committee from the whole application. The university publishes no grade or test threshold. It is available to undergraduates only.
