The Presidential Scholarship is the one Georgia State Honors College award an international student can hold, and it is a full package: tuition and fees, campus housing, a seven-day meal plan, $2,000 a year to live on and a one-time $5,000 for study abroad.
The selection is worth understanding. The university states there is no minimum grade average to apply and that test scores are not considered at all, so the application, the recommendation and the interview carry the decision. International candidates interview virtually rather than travelling.
Its sibling Stamps Scholarship is closed to international applicants, since it requires Georgia residency through the state HOPE or Zell Miller programmes.
