Indiana University-Bloomington
The Global Citizen Scholarship is a one-time $7,500 award at Indiana University Bloomington, decided on a short video rather than grades alone.
That makes it unusually accessible for applicants whose strengths do not show up in a transcript. It is paid once, not annually, so plan for the remaining years separately.
Indiana University's larger named international awards do not publish their values, so this is the biggest IU figure a student can actually count on in advance.
