About the Scholarship

The Missouri Outreach Graduate Opportunity Scholarship covers three quarters of the non-resident tuition difference for international graduate students at Missouri State University.

It is offered automatically to students who meet the criteria, with no application. Those criteria are an undergraduate grade average of at least 3.25, graduate entrance test scores on file, and first-time degree-seeking status.

It cannot be combined with other university aid, so it is worth comparing against an assistantship before accepting.

What It Covers

Three quarters of the non-resident tuition difference, for nine credit hours in the autumn and spring terms and five in summer. It cannot be combined with other university aid.

Eligibility

Non-resident status for fee purposes, an undergraduate grade average of at least 3.25, and graduate entrance test scores on file. First-time degree-seeking graduate students only, and some programmes are excluded. Renewal needs a 3.00 graduate grade average and full-time enrolment.
