New York Tech runs one award that covers tuition outright for an international undergraduate, and it names international students in its own description. The College values it at more than $190,000 across four years of full-time study, covering full tuition.
It is open only to first year, full semester applicants, so transfer students and spring entrants are outside it. The academic bar is a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
The effort is front-loaded and genuine. Beyond the admission application you complete a separate scholarship form inside your New York Tech account, with a one-page leadership essay, a CV documenting at least 25 to 50 hours of community service, a letter from the supervisor who oversaw that service, and a nomination letter from a teacher, counsellor or principal. Line up the service record and the two referees well before you start the form.
Room and board are yours to fund, so budget for New York living costs on top. New York Tech lists the closing date on the scholarship form itself rather than on the award page, so check the form as soon as your application account opens.
