It sits on PLU's international scholarships page among the stackable awards, so an international applicant with a PLU graduate in the family can claim it alongside the International Merit Award.
The amount is small against American tuition, and it only works for one narrow group. For families with a PLU degree already in them, it costs nothing more than declaring the connection.
