The Stamps Scholarship is the largest award Tulane offers. It covers the total cost of attendance, meaning tuition, mandatory fees, housing and meals, and adds an enrichment fund you can spend on study abroad, undergraduate research, conferences or an unpaid internship.
Approximately five are awarded each year, which tells you the selection bar. The money comes from the national Stamps Scholars Program with matching funds from Tulane.
Tulane states that international students are eligible for all of its merit scholarships, and for a non-US citizen the financial aid step is the CSS Profile plus Tulane's Declaration and Certification of Finances rather than the FAFSA. The process runs in stages: semifinalists are asked for supplements in early January, and finalists interview in the spring.
