ULM's Out-of-State Warhawk Scholarship waives $12,100 a year of the out-of-state fee, and it is the only award in this batch with a qualifications table written specifically for international students.
That table does something useful. Where domestic out-of-state applicants must hit an ACT composite of 21 or an SAT of 1060, the international route substitutes an English proficiency test, needing only section scores in English and mathematics alongside a TOEFL of 71, IELTS of 6.0 or Duolingo of 95. For a student whose strength is not an American admission test, that is a materially easier path.
One limit on the transfer route: the 12 credit hours must come from an American institution, so students transferring from a university at home cannot use it.
