The University of the Pacific awards transfer students $20,000 to $30,000 a year, and names international transfer students as eligible alongside domestic ones.
There is no separate application: the admission application carries it. The university publishes no grade threshold, describing recipients only as academically exceptional.
This value only recently became findable. The university's dedicated international scholarships page is unpublished and returns a permission error, and it has since re-pointed its international admissions page at the general scholarships hub, which is where the figure now appears.
