Wheaton College in Massachusetts awards $10,000 to $40,000 a year and states plainly that citizens of any country are eligible, which is about as direct as this gets.
It renews automatically up to four years on good academic and social standing rather than a numeric grade threshold, and needs no application at all: the amount arrives with the acceptance letter.
One inconsistency to know about. A separate college page gives a narrower band of $32,000 to $42,000 a year, but it leans on a statistic from 2022. The figures here come from the page written for international students. Note also that the college's separate Judy Purdy Grant is its need-based award for international students, but it publishes no amount for it.
