MathILy is an intensive five-week residential summer mathematics program held at Bryn Mawr College near Philadelphia for mathematically talented high school students. Unlike traditional lecture-based programs, MathILy emphasizes student-driven exploration — participants make and prove their own conjectures while instructors provide scaffolding and frameworks. The program covers advanced discrete mathematics and proof-based reasoning in a collaborative, playful environment described as "serious mathematics infused with levity." International students are welcome. Need-based financial aid is available and the Carina and Polynera Funds guarantee that the full demonstrated need of every admitted student will be met, with the entire fee potentially waived for those with significant need.
