The MacAllister Full Tuition Scholarship pays full tuition at Carroll University for four years. Three students win it each year, and Carroll names it on the page of competitive scholarships it offers international undergraduates.
It covers tuition alone. Housing, food, fees, insurance and flights stay with you, and any state or federal grant you hold is capped so that the total stays within the cost of tuition. Winners also step away from Carroll's other scholarships and grants, including the minimum international award, so treat this as a replacement for the package you would otherwise be offered.
To apply you need admission to Carroll as a full-time student for autumn 2027 plus a separate scholarship application, open from 1 September 2026 and closing on 14 December 2026. The committee picks finalists on academic record, extracurricular activities and leadership.
The catch for an applicant abroad is the interview. Finalists have to be on campus in Waukesha, Wisconsin on Saturday 13 February 2027, and attendance is a condition of eligibility, so plan the travel and the visa timing before you start. Finalists who do not win receive $1,000 a year instead, and recipients keep the award by holding a 3.0 GPA.
