Elon University
The International Scholar Award is Elon University's award built for international students, paying $5,000 to $10,000 a year to applicants who are not US citizens.
It sits alongside the Presidential and Engagement scholarships, which international applicants are also considered for, so a strong candidate is assessed against all three.
Elon does not publish renewal terms for this award, unlike the other two which it states renew annually.
$5,000 to $10,000 a year. The university does not itemise which costs it applies to.
Applicants must not be US citizens, and must show outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement.
Elon states the award goes to students who are not US citizens and who show outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement.
No separate application is named. Elon lists this alongside two awards it says all first-year applicants are considered for, though it does not state whether supporting documents are needed.
