About the Scholarship

Florida Institute of Technology adds $2,500 for this, and unusually it writes foreign nationals into the eligibility line itself rather than leaving it to a separate international page.

Phi Theta Kappa is an honour society for American two-year colleges, so this reaches international students already studying at one.

All five of the university's affiliation grants are $2,500 and stack with each other and with its other scholarships, so a student meeting two or three conditions can combine them. Note that its own International Scholarship, the one aimed squarely at international students, publishes no amount at all.
