Hanover College gives every admitted international student $32,000 a year, renewable across four years, with no application and no competition.
The word the college uses on one of its two pages is minimum, so $32,000 is a floor rather than a ceiling. Against tuition of $48,082 it covers about two thirds.
Hanover routes international students to this award specifically. Its named merit ladder, from the $36,000 1827 Scholarship downward, carries no statement that international students can receive it, and its $4,000 campus visit award goes to domestic admitted students only.
