Ohio Wesleyan gives eligible international students $37,000 a year, and states outright that it is not awarded on the basis of any minimum grade average or test score.
That makes it one of the few substantial awards in this directory with no academic threshold at all, which is why no merit or need basis is recorded here. There is no application either.
Two things to plan around. It covers a little over half of the university's $71,922 total, and the university says separately that full scholarships are not available there and that need-based aid for international students is limited and not guaranteed. The figure is from its 2026 to 2027 page, so confirm before relying on it.
