Sacred Heart University considers every incoming international student for a merit award of $6,000 to $20,000, decided on the transcript and class rank with no separate application.
The range covers four named programmes, the President's Excellence Award, Trustee Scholarship, College Scholarship and Conley Award, and the university publishes no figure for any of them individually. That means a student can see the span but not work out which award they would land, and the renewal grade average is likewise set per award and unpublished.
Two practical points. Awards are first come, first served against limited funds, so applying early is worth more than the absence of a deadline suggests. And the amount is fixed at admission, with the university stating there should be no expectation it rises later.
