Pirates Pitch is a business pitch competition rather than a standing scholarship, and Seton Hall attaches substantial money to it: $2,500 cash and a $10,000 scholarship for first place, with every finalist taking $4,000.
It is open to students from their tenth year of secondary school onward, so it can be entered well before applying, and the university names international students among those eligible.
The scholarship half only pays if you then enrol. Note that the university's scholarships hub still summarises the award as up to $2,000, a figure its own competition page contradicts.
