The Grossman & Cohen Scholarship is Tulane's newest top-end award. It covers tuition, mandatory fees, housing and meals, renews for up to eight semesters, and Tulane puts the expected total value at roughly $400,000.
It goes to the very top of the admitted pool, chosen on academic record, test scores and the mark you have made outside the classroom. No additional application exists, so the work is in the strength of the admission file itself, with an interview possible for finalists in late winter or early spring.
Tulane states that international students are eligible for all of its merit scholarships. For a non-US citizen, the financial aid steps are the CSS Profile and Tulane's Declaration and Certification of Finances rather than the FAFSA.
