Maine Flagship Match Commitment

About the Scholarship

The University of Maine pays international students $16,200 a year on this band, awarded automatically with the admission decision.

Applying early is worth money here rather than just certainty: the early action date carries the maximum award and can add a further $3,000.

Set it against the bill honestly. International tuition is $38,340 and the full cost of attendance $59,787, so this covers a little over a quarter. The figures are the university's 2026 to 2027 rates; it has not yet published 2027 to 2028.
