The Global Scholarship is the one Boise State award reserved for international students, paying $5,000 to $7,000 a year on grade average, and it stacks on top of the Ridgeline or Summit award.
Stacked, the university caps the combination at $17,000 a year. That is the realistic ceiling to plan around, and it says openly that it offers no fully funded scholarships.
One condition sets this apart from the others. The university states the Global Scholarship is subject to availability, and that where funding runs short, priority goes to applicants in the order their admission files were completed. Applying early is worth more here than the deadline suggests.
