About the Scholarship

Northern Arizona University reduces tuition by up to $11,000 a year for high-achieving international students at its Flagstaff campus, at both bachelor's and master's level.

The award applies to tuition and fees only, and explicitly not to mandatory class fees, housing or meal plans. Applicants need a grade average of at least 3.0 and F-1 status.

It is awarded first come, first served on a complete application, so timing matters. Renewal needs a 3.0 grade average, continued full-time enrolment and attendance at required programme events.

What It Covers

Tuition

Up to $11,000 a year toward tuition and fees only. Mandatory and special class fees, housing, meal plans and other non-tuition costs are excluded.

Eligibility

A minimum grade average of 3.0 at admission, with a complete international admission application and financial documentation. Students sponsored by a government or organisation, or receiving other tuition waivers or assistantships, are not eligible.

Eligible Countries

For first-time, full-time students on an F-1 visa.
