The Regents Scholarship is UC Davis's most prominent campus award, paying $7,500 a year for four years to entering first-year students and two years to those entering as juniors, with an extra stipend where there is demonstrated financial need.
Entering students do not apply separately: the university application for admission and scholarships is the application, and recipients hear at admission.
One caveat matters here. The sentence confirming international eligibility comes from the financial aid office's statement about its scholarships as a class, not from the Regents page itself, and the fuller programme terms sit behind a university login we could not read. The award page imposes no citizenship condition.
