The International Outreach Award is the University of Cincinnati's main award for international undergraduates, worth $5,000 to $15,000 a year on the Uptown main campus and $2,000 to $4,000 on the regional campuses.
Understand what the money touches. The award can be applied only to the non-resident surcharge, not to the in-state portion of the bill, and it disappears if a student's residency changes to Ohio. The university also states plainly that it offers no full-tuition or need-based scholarships to undergraduate international students.
There is no separate application, and first-year applicants need a complete admission file by 1 November to be guaranteed consideration. A 3.0 grade average is the entry point rather than a guarantee.
