The GHR Fellows Program is the largest undergraduate award at the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota. Fellows get full tuition for four years, a funded January term abroad, and a structured leadership programme built around business careers.
It is open to international applicants. St. Thomas lists GHR among the scholarships available to international students, and says students with study visas are eligible for its merit awards once their application is complete. You need to be an incoming first-year student, intending to major in business, with a high school GPA of at least 3.7.
The process is a competition rather than a form. Flag your interest inside the admission application, submit the separate Fellows application by 8 January 2027, and if you reach the final round you attend Scholarship Day on campus on 27 February 2027. Decisions follow in March.
One thing to plan for. Full tuition covers tuition only, and the published figure for international tuition is $56,856 a year, so you still need roughly $21,000 a year for housing, meals, fees, insurance and books. Fellows who can document financial need may receive extra grant funds towards room and board. Winning GHR also cancels any merit scholarship St. Thomas offered you earlier, and total aid is capped at the cost of attendance.
