This award supports the 2+2 route, where you spend two years at a partner university at home and finish your degree at the University of Tulsa. It pays 30% of tuition for those two Tulsa years while you keep good academic standing.
Eligibility rests entirely on where you are studying now. UTulsa names China University of Petroleum-Beijing, Yangtze University, Southwest Petroleum University and Northeast Petroleum University in China, and Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology in India. The list of approved partners can change, so confirm it before you count on the award.
The step to take is a short email to international@utulsa.edu to check your university's status, then the standard international admission application.
