The Imperial Global Summer School is a two-week residential pre-university programme at Imperial College London's South Kensington campus. Open to students aged 16–17 from around the world, it offers intensive academic and laboratory work in one of five STEM tracks: Chemistry, Data Science & Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Medicine and Life Sciences, or Physics.
Week one is dedicated to the chosen subject discipline, with lectures and hands-on lab sessions led by Imperial academics. Week two brings all tracks together for an interdisciplinary Innovation Challenge, where students collaborate in teams to tackle real-world problems using skills from across the STEM disciplines.
Students live in on-campus accommodation at Prince's Gardens for the full duration; residential stay is compulsory. Two sessions run each summer (late June and early August), each lasting two weeks. Programme fee is £7,695, which covers tuition, accommodation, and meals. Financial aid is not available.
