It was honestly so helpful, from organizing them and telling me how to utilize the character count. Something I don't see mentioned much about it is how it helps spotting mistakes. I wrote 1 hour instead of 10 hours and it helped me catch that, or I would have totally been screwed since it was a really unique and niche activity of mine.
